In this home renovation project, the couple inherited a traditional Cape style house and wanted modern feel. The team at RAC removed the main fireplace opening up the floor plan. Additionally, this change connected the north and south wings of the home. Overall, the front of the home maintains its traditional cape-cod style roots, while offering subtle hints of a modern feel. Meanwhile, the back of the house exposes the aesthetics of modern home design. Plus, the interior design leveraged multiple finishes to reflect the overall simplistic and modern feel of the project.
