About This Project
These clients originally came to RAC to design a new home on an empty piece of property. Then they found a waterside stucco mansion with interesting grounds, but in need of extensive renovation to address the problematic proportions, scale and detailing. Our intent for the renovation was to transform the house into a regal, classic Hampton’s estate home. The resulting house provided the owners with an updated custom plan to suit their family lifestyle.
