About This Project
This project called Knobel Hill is an English-style development of six exquisitely built homes for folks who are looking to downsize yet keep the amenities of luxury living in the country. This private enclave in the Tokeneke area of Darien CT was designed to serve the senior community by providing gracious, well-appointed homes without the burden of maintenance worries. One of many project RAC and PG Properties had done together, this one was special because of the community-driven purpose behind the design and intention. Four separate cottages and one estate house with two units make up this unique senior haven. Attention to detail and character was paramount to the plan in order for every space to feel like home. Each is equipped with a master suite on the first floor and enough room for family and visitors in the large rooms upstairs. Beautiful stone and detailed crown molding adds to the character of these units that embody old world charm with state of the art amenities.
