About This Project
The design of this home placed a large emphasis on the “Costwold” style cottage in England. Placed neatly in a wooded lot in Stamford, the cottage weaves in modern accents to its classic design – the stucco exterior being the most stark. The “New Traditional” style of design works well to create an unimposing and welcoming visual while still honing in on the architectural sophistication of the Arts & Crafts architectural movement.
