About This Project
Working with experienced clients who have built multiple homes means that they know more about what to expect from the process. This couple wanted something very special for their newest property, so they enlisted RAC to design a home unlike any other they had developed.
Privacy in the suburban neighborhood was very important, so the “butterfly” concept worked well for both the interior and exterior layout. The soft symmetry was well received for both front and rear elevations and the lighthouse-like stone stair tower adds a nice, nautical feel. The use of three-dimensional computer renderings allowed RAC to sell the client on the exotic butterfly design showing proportions and symmetry within the structure.
