This historical building in Hudson, NY was in incredibly poor condition. Cardello Architects’ job was to come up with a design that respected the neighboring buildings and served the residents living in the St. Andrews Association. We looked into downsizing the structure by about 2,200 s.f. as to better suit the scale of the complex. We wanted to improve the connection between the clubhouse and outdoor terrace/pool to enhance indoor-outdoor living for the residents. These realistic 3D renderings give us a strong impression of how the finished product will look once built.
