About This Project

An old farmhouse originally sat on this narrow waterfront property after undergoing a contemporary makeover years ago.   RAC’s plan was for both an interior and exterior transitional renovation while raising the house to meet new flood regulations.  The refreshed design responds well to the views offered by the property and adds multi-level outdoor living spaces. This home also earned Cardello Architects a finalist spot at the A-List Award for Renovation in 2019 and a Cottages & Gardens IDA Award for Bathroom Design in 2019.
