Our clients purchased a lovely piece of property on Longneck Point Darien which enjoys views of the Harbor, Long Island Sound and the New York City Skyline. They were looking to design a modern home with elegant finishes that took advantage of the topography as you travel down towards the water’s edge. The property offers the unique opportunity to incorporate a subterranean pool house. A rooftop terrace and master balcony will provide amazing water views. Symmetry on both the front and rear elevations as well as the use of sculptural shapes are two of the design features requested by the client.
