Our client came to us looking to purchase the neighboring house with a non-conforming boathouse that was over the setbacks and within the flood zone. Using the house on the neighboring property as their main estate, they wanted to renovate this structure into a party barn for entertainment purposes. By lifting the existing non-conforming boathouse and adding a modern bridge connector to the proposed party barn, we were able to increase the finished area of the structure without having a detached building. Featuring a large great room, a full size kitchen, bunk rooms, billiards room, a lap pool, and the waterfront guest rooms this house is definitely a place of entertainment!
