This house, the first residence to be built as part of a multi-home project by Cardello Architects, rests atop the highest point of a well-known promontory along the Darien CT coast. Inspired by French provincial architecture, the house employs cut stone cladding to withstand the elements of its exposed location. The elevated vantage points above the waterfront are highlighted by numerous balconies and outdoor areas that the house celebrates.
