We were thrilled when a former client approached us to design a Lake House Retreat on a stunning 2+ acre piece of land on Cazenovia Lake, New York. Our initial collaboration involved a small renovation, but we have since developed an L-shaped custom home with expansive glass on both levels to offer breathtaking lake views. The grand entrance welcomes visitors with a two-story foyer and cathedral family room, while a detached pool and boat house offer additional guest and recreational accommodations.
