Collaborating with clients who had built multiple homes in the past was a fun challenge - they wanted something designed unlike anything they had ever developed. Taking advantage of the multiple water views provided by the lot was crucial for our design.

The "butterfly" concept worked well to this end, creating a soft, sweeping roofline that nestled the courtyard in its wingspan. The facets of the plan cleverly took advantage of the different views offered by this 4 acre site. The interiors were designed to absorb the natural light of the property, while the exterior speaks for itself with its dignified presence. With an in-house basketball court and gym, paired with clean, transitional interior spaces, this truly custom home is a perfect blend of form and function.
