A long-standing patron of our firm invited us to reimagine the interiors of this iconic waterfront home in Miami, Florida, situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. The home's distinctive blue terracotta roof sets it apart from the typical Floridian aesthetic, giving it a bold presence along the coastline while rooting it firmly in its tropical setting.

Our interior renovation brought a refined lightness to the home, complemented by dramatic moments, such as a powder room wrapped in dark marble and inlaid with rubies. Each main-floor space flows effortlessly into the next, while remaining distinct in character and purpose.
