Our clients, who relocated from overseas, fell in love with a remote woodland property on a narrow lake that offered breathtaking views of a waterfall and island. Instead of renovating the existing house, we decided to design a new home on a more interesting piece of the lot with plenty of manicured terracing. The inspiration for the home we developed was Modern European Design, which features contemporary elements such as black windows, stucco siding, metal roofs, and clean interior layouts.
