An old farmhouse originally stood on this narrow waterfront property before undergoing a contemporary makeover years ago. Cardello Architects planned a transitional renovation for both the interior and exterior while raising the house to meet new FEMA regulations. The refreshed design takes advantage of the property's views and includes multi-level outdoor living spaces while also giving a nod to the client's nautical background. This home earned Cardello Architects a finalist spot in the A-List Award for Renovation in 2019 and a Cottages & Gardens IDA Award for Bathroom Design in 2019.
